How RankLayer AI collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, dashboards, and the Idle2Done mobile app.

Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to RankLayer AI (“RankLayer”, “we”, “us”), including ranklayer.ai, related dashboards and APIs, and the consumer mobile application Idle2Done.
By using the Services you acknowledge this Policy together with our Terms of Service.

Idle2Done — information we collect
Idle2Done is an AI coaching app that recommends one next action during short free windows. Depending on how you use the app and which permissions you grant, we may process:
Account & profile
- Email, name / display name, authentication identifiers
- Onboarding answers (role, goals, energy rhythm, coaching style preferences)
- Unique Goals, plans, checkpoints, and progress status
- Chat messages you send to Id2 and related coaching context
Device & optional integrations
- App usage events (starts, completions, skips, snoozes, recommendation history)
- Notification preferences and quiet hours
- Calendar data you choose to connect (for timing that respects meetings)
- Wearable / watch interactions if you enable them (e.g. Start / Done / Skip)
- Device diagnostics needed for support and stability (app version, OS, crash logs)
Purchases
Paid Member subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive subscription status and limited purchase metadata from those platforms; we do not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.
Permissions (notifications, calendar, wearable) are optional where the OS allows. You can revoke them in system settings; some features may stop working without them.
RankLayer platform (websites & dashboard)
When you use RankLayer websites or B2B dashboards we may collect:
- Account credentials and contact details for authentication and support
- Organization / domain configuration you submit during onboarding
- Product usage and billing records needed to operate subscriptions and wallets
- Essential cookies / session tokens for signed-in security
- Marketing site analytics and advertising tags where configured (for example Google Analytics / Google Ads on public pages)
How we use information
Provide the product
Create and secure accounts, generate Optimal Choice recommendations, run Trigger / Decision engines, sync goals and chat, deliver notifications, and process subscriptions.
Improve & support
Debug crashes, measure feature quality, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
Idle2Done may send relevant context (goals, preferences, optional calendar signals, chat turns) to AI providers solely to generate coaching outputs for you. We do not sell your personal Idle2Done content, and where we control vendor contracts we prohibit third-party foundation-model training on that personal content.
Sharing & processors
We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- AI model / API providers used to generate Idle2Done coaching outputs
- Apple and Google for app distribution and subscription billing
- Payment processors used by RankLayer dashboard billing (for example Paddle), where applicable
- Analytics / advertising vendors on public marketing pages where tags are enabled
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly defined for advertising data brokers.
Retention & account deletion
We keep account and product data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal, and fraud-prevention needs, then delete or anonymize it.
To request deletion of your Idle2Done or RankLayer account and associated personal data, email [email protected] from the address on your account (subject: “Account deletion request”). We will verify ownership and process the request within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Uninstalling Idle2Done removes the app from your device but does not automatically delete server-side account data—use the deletion request above. Cancel App Store / Google Play subscriptions separately in your store account settings.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Idle2Done is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will take appropriate steps.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to / restrict certain processing. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity.
We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions.
