Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RankLayer AI websites (including ranklayer.ai), dashboards, and APIs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Products & Service Description
RankLayer AI provides software products that may include, without limitation:

RankLayer platform
SEO, GEO / AI visibility tooling, edge delivery, analytics integrations, and related B2B dashboard tools.
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Marketing pages are informational and do not expand these Terms beyond what is stated here.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
For RankLayer B2B onboarding, you are responsible for domains, credentials, and content you connect to the platform, and for ensuring you have rights to use them.
Subscriptions, Trials & Payments
RankLayer platform plans are billed as shown at checkout (for example via Paddle) and in the dashboard. Trials, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan terms presented at purchase.

Taxes may apply. Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable payment processor and plan terms, except where local law requires otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Services beyond normal use.
- • Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content into connected systems.
- • Interfering with other users, security controls, or billing systems.
- • Using AI outputs as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for decisions you take based on product outputs and recommendations.
AI Features
RankLayer products may use artificial intelligence to generate analysis, recommendations, and related outputs. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs before relying on them.
AI usage may consume credits or subscription entitlements. We do not sell your personal content to third parties for their advertising, and we do not permit third-party model providers to train foundation models on your personal content where we control contractual terms to prohibit that use.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLayer AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Services—including inaccurate AI suggestions or billing delays.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Paid subscriptions must be cancelled according to the plan and payment processor terms to stop renewals.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or our infrastructure, or if required by law. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits, intellectual property, and dispute terms) will survive.
Governing Notes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
