Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GeoEdge AI platform, APIs, or edge-optimized services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.
Service Description (Edge AI Optimization)
GeoEdge AI provides high-performance computing infrastructure specialized in edge-based artificial intelligence optimization. Our services include:

User Obligations
Domain Ownership & Verification
Users must prove legal ownership of any domains or IP ranges integrated with our edge network through DNS TXT record validation or meta-tag verification.

- • Reverse engineering of proprietary AI pruning algorithms.
- • Deployment of botnets or malicious traffic generation scripts.
- • Storage of biometric data without explicit regulatory compliance documentation.
Subscription & Payments
Billing is calculated based on the "Resource Unit" consumption model, including GPU cycles, bandwidth egress, and model orchestration events. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Maximum Risk Mitigation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoEdge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Unscheduled maintenance of edge node clusters.
- Data breaches occurring due to insecure user-side endpoint configurations.
- Global network outages beyond the control of GeoEdge AI core infrastructure.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In particular, violation of the "Prohibited Content" section will result in immediate "Hard Drop" termination of all edge instances.
