These Terms govern your use of RankLayer AI websites, dashboards, APIs, and consumer apps including Idle2Done.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RankLayer AI websites (including ranklayer.ai), dashboards, APIs, and mobile applications such as Idle2Done (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Products & Service Description
RankLayer AI provides software products that may include, without limitation:

RankLayer platform
SEO, edge delivery, analytics integrations, and related B2B dashboard tools.

Idle2Done (mobile app)
An AI coaching app that helps turn short idle moments into one recommended next action (“Optimal Choice”), with goals, chat coaching, optional calendar awareness, notifications, and wearable actions.
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Marketing pages describing Idle2Done (for example /idle2done) are informational and do not expand these Terms beyond what is stated here.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Idle2Done is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under the age of majority, you may use Idle2Done only with permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.
For RankLayer B2B onboarding, you are responsible for domains, credentials, and content you connect to the platform, and for ensuring you have rights to use them.
Subscriptions, Trials & Payments
Idle2Done
Idle2Done may offer a Free plan and paid Member plans (for example monthly or yearly). Prices shown in the App Store, Google Play, or in-app purchase screens control at the time of purchase. Free plans may include limited AI usage credits; Member plans may unlock additional coaching, reports, and customization features.

Mobile subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed by those platforms. Refunds, billing disputes, and renewals for those purchases are handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies, except where local law requires otherwise. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Services beyond normal use.
- • Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content into chat, goals, or connected systems.
- • Interfering with other users, security controls, or billing systems.
- • Using Idle2Done recommendations as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Idle2Done recommendations are productivity suggestions based on information you provide and optional device integrations (such as calendar or notifications). You remain responsible for decisions you take.
AI Features
Idle2Done and other RankLayer products may use artificial intelligence to generate plans, recommendations, chat responses, and reports. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs before relying on them.
AI usage may consume credits or subscription entitlements. We do not sell your personal Idle2Done content to third parties for their advertising, and we do not permit third-party model providers to train foundation models on your personal Idle2Done content where we control contractual terms to prohibit that use.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLayer AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Services—including missed reminders, inaccurate AI suggestions, calendar sync issues, or store billing delays.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. For Idle2Done, you may delete the app and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Paid store subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple or Google to stop renewals.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or our infrastructure, or if required by law. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits, intellectual property, and dispute terms) will survive.
Governing Notes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
